Position Details

• Title:  VP of Sales and Marketing
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099), part-time (set your own hours, Monday through Friday)
• Location: Home office, with the capability to store some products for immediate shipping.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the fulfillment of product orders with precision and timeliness.
• Manage MOND’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) by creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Post 5–10 daily stories and promotional materials to drive traffic to mondproducts.com.
• Design and execute creative social media contests to boost engagement and sales (e.g., “Win this free product by liking, commenting, and tagging a friend!”).
• Identify and collaborate with social media influencers to expand brand visibility.
• Develop innovative marketing and promotional strategies to grow MOND’s customer base.
• Provide a daily progress activity report.

Compensation and Benefits

As an independent contractor, your compensation structure will include the following:

• Base Salary: No fixed salary.
• Commission: Earn commission on sales generated through your marketing efforts.
• Equity: Entry-level equity in MOND LLC, providing you with a stake in the company’s growth and success.
• Flexible Schedule: Ability to set your own schedule within the designated working hours.
• Growth Opportunity: A chance to contribute creatively to an innovative brand and grow alongside the company.

Start Date

We propose your start date to be March 2025. However, we are happy to accommodate your schedule as needed.

1. Order Fulfillment
• Oversees the timely and accurate processing and shipping of customer orders.
• Manages inventory to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
2. Social Media Management
• Posts 5-10 engaging Stories daily across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develops content strategies to highlight MOND's products and drive traffic to mondproducts.com.
3. Marketing and Promotions
• Designs and executes promotional campaigns (e.g., social media contests like "Win this free product by liking, commenting, and tagging friends").
• Contacts and collaborates with influencers to promote MOND products and increase brand visibility.
4. Customer Engagement
• Responds to customer inquiries on social media, providing excellent service and fostering brand loyalty.
5. Operational Oversight
• Works closely with the CEO and CFO to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
• Tracks and reports on product performance and customer feedback to inform business decisions.

Working Schedule

• Monday through Friday, flexible hours.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Growth in social media engagement metrics (followers, likes, shares, and comments).
• Increased website traffic and conversion rates.
• High customer satisfaction ratings for interactions and order fulfillment.
